Chris Phillips Associates Ltd is an independent training and development consultancy providing advice and training in all aspects of people management and provision of excellent customer service.

Established in 1989, we work with a wide range of small and medium-sized business in, amongst others, the retail, tourism, banking, telecommunications and transport sectors. The emphasis of our work is on practical solutions to enhance business success.

Based at Newport, Isle of Wight, we have Associate Consultants in London, Southampton, Bristol and Sheffield and work with clients throughout the United Kingdom and at a number of locations overseas. Many of our clients have Investors in People status or are working towards achieving IIP.
